Meet Mindy

After battling Lyme disease for years, and facing the disappointment of failed medical treatment after failed treatment, Mindy knows firsthand that suffering can shake the foundations of life—but it does not have the final word.

As a therapist, brain health professional, and survivor of profound personal health challenges, she brings both clinical insight and lived experience to the conversation about healing.

Her work explores the powerful connection between the brain, the body, and the spirit, and how true restoration happens when all three are addressed together.

Through her writing and teaching, Mindy invites others to see their pain not as the end of their story, but as the place where deeper purpose can begin to emerge. Her message is simple but profound: suffering may wound us, but it never silences the calling placed within us.
